I am a B Com graduate from Ernakulam, Kerala, and a senior low-vision professional with over ten years of experience as Chief Screen Reader and Employability Trainer at RCG Foundation. I have led and delivered comprehensive training programs for individuals with visual disabilities, personally instructing more than 2,000 candidates in screen readers, assistive technologies, advanced MS Office applications, communication skills, and workplace readiness. My expertise includes JAWS, NVDA, and Windows accessibility, allowing me to integrate technical training with mentoring, counseling, employer sensitization, and post-placement support. This holistic approach has contributed to sustainable employment outcomes and long-term career growth for my trainees.
